Internal regulations

Internal regulations

Dear guests,
To ensure everyone has an enjoyable stay, please review the hotel’s internal regulations outlined below.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The hotel’s internal regulations apply to all reservations. By booking a stay, guests accept these specific terms and the hotel’s internal regulations.

The guest agrees to comply with these regulations, which apply to themselves and everyone accompanying them during the stay.

Failure to comply with these regulations will result in the hotel asking the guest to leave immediately, without compensation or refund of any deposit. The hotel may also refuse future bookings.

RECEPTION

The hotel reserves the right to refuse guests dressed inappropriately or negligently, or wearing clothing that conceals the face (in compliance with Law N°2010-1192 of October 11, 2010). This also applies to guests exhibiting inappropriate behavior, including excessive noise, drunkenness, or behavior that is offensive or contrary to public order.

Guests are expected to be courteous and respectful toward hotel staff. In case of inappropriate behavior, the hotel reserves the right to file a complaint.
Any form of verbal or physical violence, or behavior or language that is sexual, racist, antisemitic, homophobic, or harassing, is strictly prohibited.

A valid ID will be required at check-in for all guests staying at the hotel, along with a completed registration form.

Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian.

RECEPTION HOURS

The reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

PAYMENT

We accept the following payment methods: credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), ANCV vouchers, and cash.

  • For individual reservations, bookings are confirmed only once a valid credit card imprint is provided.
  • For group bookings (more than 6 rooms), a 50% deposit is required at least two months before the stay, with the balance due one month prior to the stay.

Additional charges are not automatically included in the total reservation amount and must be paid directly at the hotel.

The city tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable on-site. It applies to adults and is charged per night, at the rate applicable at the time of the stay.

A deposit equal to the cost of the first night is required at check-in (either by credit card or cash). This deposit will be retained in case of non-compliance with hotel regulations.

The hotel reserves the right to charge for any undisclosed charges at check-out.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • For individual bookings, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date. If the cancellation is made after this deadline, the first night will be charged.
  • For group bookings, deposits and balances are non-refundable once the payment deadline has passed.

The 14-day withdrawal period under consumer law does not apply to hotel accommodation services (Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code).

NON-REFUNDABLE RESERVATIONS

Failure to show up is considered as the room being occupied for the first night.

Late arrivals or early departures cannot be refunded, and the full stay is still due.

The hotel has the right to re-rent the room without delay in the following situations:

  • Cancellation by the guest
  • Modification of the reservation by the guest
  • No-show by the guest
  • Errors made by the guest when booking (incorrect dates, number of rooms, room type)

CHECK-IN, ROOM ACCESS, AND CHECK-OUT

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM. Rooms must be vacated before 12:00 PM.

A late check-out is charged at €20 per hour.

Requests for late check-out must be made at reception the day before departure.
If you wish to extend your stay by one night, payment must be made by 11:00 AM, subject to availability.

Your room is reserved for a specific number of guests. For security reasons, extra guests are not allowed in the room. Infants and children count as one person.

Guests cannot bring any third parties into the room without prior authorization from the hotel.

A key will be provided to allow access to your room. The key must not be given to anyone else and must be returned upon check-out. A replacement fee will apply if the key is lost or not returned.

Housekeeping is provided daily, unless the guest requests otherwise.

Rooms are checked, functional, and in good condition. Any discrepancies or issues should be reported to the reception immediately.

CHILDREN AND EXTRA BEDS

Parents/guardians are fully responsible for their children throughout the hotel. Children must not be left unattended in rooms.

Upon request, the hotel can provide a crib, subject to availability. A maximum of one crib per room is allowed.

PETS

Pets are accepted for an additional fee (check reception or the hotel website for details). Pets must not exceed 10 kg, must be kept on a leash in all public areas of the hotel, and cannot be left unsupervised. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room (except guide dogs or service dogs). Pet owners are responsible for their animals, especially in case of damage.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM in the designated area or, upon request, on the terrace, in-room, or to go, at the applicable rate (check reception or the hotel website for details).

PROHIBITIONS

Smoking is prohibited in all public areas since January 2, 2008. Smoking is also strictly forbidden in the rooms and common areas for safety and comfort reasons. It is prohibited to tamper with fire detection devices for the same reasons. Gas appliances (e.g., stoves) are also prohibited in rooms.

It is strictly prohibited to bring illegal or dangerous substances into the rooms or any part of the hotel.

NOISE, DAMAGE, AND RESPONSIBILITY

For the respect and peace of other guests, please avoid slamming doors or making excessive noise, particularly between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Any disruptive noise caused by a guest, their companions, or pets under their responsibility, may result in the hotel contacting the police and asking the guest to leave the premises without needing acoustic measures. This is in accordance with Articles R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the Public Health Code, provided the noise is disturbing enough to affect the tranquility of other guests.

Luggage stored in public areas is under the full responsibility of its owner, including luggage left at reception. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings.

A hotel room is a place of rest, and any commercial activity is strictly prohibited.

In general, any damage or disturbance, whether intentional or not, caused in the room or any other areas during the stay, must be fully paid for by the person who made the reservation.

Thus, the hotel reserves the right to charge the guest the cost of repair or replacement of damaged or missing hotel property, even if discovered after the guest’s departure. The corresponding amount will be debited from the credit card used to make the reservation, and an invoice can be provided upon request.

In case of damage or disturbances affecting other guests’ rooms, the hotel will require compensation for the nights lost by those guests.

The hotel will apply a cleaning fee if the room is left in an unacceptable state. For damage to carpets, bedding, or mattresses, the hotel will require reimbursement with a minimum fee of €1500 for repairs and the inability to re-rent the room.
