General conditions of sale

Presentations

The hotelier has the right to refuse guests with noisy or improper behavior, as well as those whose conduct is contrary to good morals and public order. An ID is required to verify your identity.

RECEPTION

Declines any responsibility for your luggage or items left in public areas.

PAYMENT

The balance of the stay is payable upon arrival. We accept: company checks or holiday vouchers, the following credit cards: Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express, and cash. We ask all guests staying at our establishment to present an ID upon check-in. If you are unable to provide this document, we will not be able to process your room rental request.

A deposit of 150€ (by credit card or cash) per stay is required upon arrival. This deposit will be kept in case of non-compliance with the hotel’s internal regulations.

IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF STAY

No refunds will be made. Likewise, in the event of early departure, the full stay will be due. Early departures cannot be refunded.

NON-PRESENTATION

Is considered as the effective occupation of the room.

CANCELLATION

  • For individual reservations, any cancellation must reach us 48 hours before the arrival date (except for special conditions set by our partners). After this period, the reservation is due. No-show is considered as the effective occupation of the room.
  • For group reservations, a 50% deposit is non-refundable two months before the start of the stay, and the balance is non-refundable one month before the start of the stay.

The 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Code does not apply to hotel accommodation services. Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code.

TELEMARKETING

In accordance with Article L223-2 of the Consumer Code, the consumer is informed that they can register for free on a list to oppose telemarketing if they do not wish to receive commercial solicitations by phone. This list is accessible at: www.bloctel.gouv.fr

TOURIST TAX

Not included in the reservation price, it is applicable in the municipality and payable on-site.

ACCESS TO ROOMS

Rooms are available from 3:00 PM and must be vacated before 12:00 PM. Please note that late departures will be charged an additional 20€/hour. If you wish to keep the room for an additional night, payment for the room must be made before 11:00 AM, subject to availability. Additionally, your room is intended for a specific number of people; for safety reasons, you must not accommodate additional people. Please ensure your room door is securely closed before leaving or going to bed.

PROHIBITIONS

We remind you that smoking is prohibited in all public areas since January 2, 2008. It is also strictly prohibited to smoke in the rooms for security and comfort reasons (non-compliance will result in a fee of 150€/stay to restore the room). The use of gas appliances, such as stoves, etc., is forbidden in the rooms.

PETS

Pets are allowed under conditions: they must weigh less than 10 kg, be kept on a leash in all public areas of the establishment. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the breakfast room and must not be left alone in the room.

BREAKFAST

Is served from 6:30 AM to 9:30 AM every day in the designated area.

DAMAGE

We ask that you respect the premises and the decoration of your room. In the case of damage or loss of furniture in the room, the guest will be held responsible and will be charged accordingly. Also, any missing (towels, pillows, etc.) or damaged items after your stay will be automatically billed to you. A key will be given to you during your stay, allowing free access to your room. In case of loss, the replacement will be charged at the current rate.

NOISE

To respect the peace of other guests, please avoid making excessive noise, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any noise disturbance caused by a person or animal under the guest’s responsibility may lead the hotelier to ask the guest to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements if the noise is likely to disturb the peace of other guests (Article R.1334-30 and R.1334-31 of the Public Health Code). A hotel room is a place for rest, and any commercial activity is strictly prohibited.

HOTEL REGULATIONS

The hotel’s internal regulations apply to all reservations. Any stay implies acceptance of the specific conditions and internal regulations of the hotel.

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THESE PROVISIONS BY THE CLIENT, THE HOTELIER WILL BE OBLIGED TO ASK THE CLIENT TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT, WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION.

Additionally, the consumer is informed that they may submit their claim via the European dispute resolution platform, accessible at:
